StandingTall respects your right to privacy and is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers. We adhere to the National Privacy Principles established by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy sets out how we collect and treat your personal information.
Personal information means information we hold which is identifiable as being about you.

StandingTall will, from time to time, receive and store personal information you enter onto our app StandingTall, which is provided to us directly; or given to us in other forms. This may include the following:
- Personal Information: When you download and register on the StandingTall app, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, and other details necessary to provide our services. If you are linked to our services through an organisation, we may also collect information about the organisation and its representatives.
- Health and Exercise Data: We collect information related to your health and exercise activities within the app, including but not limited to, your activity levels, exercise logs, health metrics, and progress reports.
- Usage Data: We collect information about your interactions with the app,including the pages you visit, the features you use, and other actions you take.
- Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access our app, including the hardware model, operating system, IP address, and other device identifiers.

3. How we collect your personal information

StandingTall collects personal information from you through various online interactions, including when you access and use our software application and website. We gather this information when you interact with our digital platforms to provide and improve our services.

4. Use of your personal information

StandingTall uses your personal information to provide you with our services, to communicate with you, and to enhance your experience with our app and website. This includes using your information to:
- Deliver the programs and services that StandingTall provides, including tailored programs designed to suit your wellbeing level.
- Deliver and improve our software application and services.
- Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
- Personalise and improve your experience on our app and website.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

For users linked through an organisation that pays for their program, your personal information will be shared with that organisation to monitor your progress and facilitate the administration of the program.

StandingTall may contact you by a variety of measures including, but not limited to message within the app itself, email, or SMS.

5. Disclosure of your personal information

We may disclose your personal information to our employees, officers, insurers, professional advisers, agents, suppliers or subcontractors only as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy. Personal information is only supplied to a third party when it is required for the delivery of our services.
We may from time to time need to disclose personal information to comply with a legal requirement, such as a law, regulation, court order, subpoena, warrant, in the course of a legal proceeding or in response to a law enforcement agency request.
If there is a change of control in our business or a sale or transfer of business assets, we reserve the right to transfer to the extent permissible at law our user databases, together with any personal information and non-personal information contained in those databases. This information may be disclosed to a potential purchaser under an agreement to maintain confidentiality. We would seek to only disclose information in good faith and where required by any of the above circumstances.
By providing us with personal information, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the types of disclosure covered by this Policy. Where we disclose your personal information to third parties, we will request that the third party follow this Policy regarding handling your personal information.
Organisation-Linked Users: If you are linked to our services through an organisation that pays for your program, some of your personal information may be shared with that organisation. This includes information necessary to monitor your progress and facilitate the administration of the program. The organisation may have its own privacy policies governing how they handle your data once received.

6. Security of your personal information

StandingTall is committed to ensuring the security of the personal information you provide to us. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we implement the following measures:
- Storing personally identifiable information in a separate database from users’ health results and health data.
- Only allowing specific authorised individuals or organisations to connect health information with identifying data, and only when approved by the user. This includes users who have authorised their healthcare professionals or associated organisation to view and manage their data, and the limited-access StandingTall Super Admin role.
- Providing a facility for users to request the complete deletion of all their personally identifiable data.

We employ encryption methods to protect your data, including encryption at rest and encryption during transit (SSL).

7. Access to your personal information

You may request details of personal information that we hold about you in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988(Cth). If you would like a copy of the information which we hold about you or believe that any information we hold on you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, please email us at team@standingtall.net.au.

8. Complaints about privacy

If you have any complaints about our privacy practices, please feel free to send in details of your complaints to the Compliance Manager, StandingTall, PO Box 1165, Randwick, New South Wales, 2031. We take complaints very seriously and will respond shortly after receiving written notice of your complaint.

If you are not satisfied with our response, or you consider we may have breached the Australian Privacy Principles or the Privacy Act, you are entitled to make a complaint to the Office of the Australian information Commissioner. 9. Op out right

You can stop all collection of information by the App easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes provided by your mobile. You can also request to opt-out via email, at team@standingtall.net.au.

10. Access to this Policy

This policy is available directly on the StandingTall app. You can also request a copy of it by contacting StandingTall and team@standingtall.net.au the copy will be provided to you free of charge.

11. Changes to Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy will be reviewed three years after approval, unless there are any changes to the relevant legislation. We may modify this Policy at any time, in our sole discretion and all modifications will be effective immediately upon our posting of the modifications on our website or notice board. Please check back from time to time to review our Privacy Policy.

12. Software Application

12.1. When you use our Application (“App”)

When you come to our app we may collect certain information such as unique device ID, mobile operating system, and information about the way you use the Application. This information is used in an aggregated manner to analyse how people use our app, so that we can improve our service.

12.2. Third parties

Our software application may from time to time have links to other applications or websites not owned or controlled by us. These links are meant for your convenience only. Links to third party applications and websites do not constitute sponsorship or endorsement or

approval of these third parties. Please be aware that StandingTall is not responsible for the privacy practices of other such applications or websites. We encourage our users to be aware, when they leave our application or website, to read the privacy statements of each and every application or website that collects personal identifiable information.
