How do I access StandingTall?
StandingTall is available on iPads and Android tablets through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
How much does StandingTall cost?
StandingTall offers a 1-month free trial through the app stores, followed by access from $1 per day. Individuals and providers can also access 3, 6, or 12-month program options. Learn more about available options on the “Access Now” website tab.
Is StandingTall covered by Support at Home?
StandingTall is not currently covered under Support at Home funding, however we are actively working towards future accessibility pathways.
Is StandingTall covered by the NDIS?
In some cases, StandingTall may be supported through NDIS funding. Please contact us to discuss your individual circumstances.
What do I need to use StandingTall?
You will need an iPad or Android tablet and a few simple household items such as a sturdy chair and folded towel or chair cushion. You will need about 3 square meters of space, roughly the size of a queen-size mattress, or about 6 steps forward and 6 steps to the side. Be sure to clear the floor of any clutter, electrical cords or furniture to create a safe exercise area.
Can I use StandingTall on my phone?
StandingTall is currently designed for use on iPads and Android tablets, we are working towards making a mobile version available.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. StandingTall was designed specifically for older adults and aims to be simple and easy to use, even for people with limited experience using technology.
Using StandingTall
Can I use StandingTall independently?
Yes. StandingTall is designed to support independent exercise at home or in care settings. Some people may also choose to use it with guidance from a healthcare or exercise professional.
Is StandingTall suitable for me?
StandingTall is designed for older adults looking to improve balance, strength, mobility, and confidence. If you have specific health concerns, we recommend speaking with your healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program.
Is StandingTall safe?
StandingTall has been developed through more than a decade of research and has been evaluated in clinical trials and real-world implementation studies. Exercises are tailored to the individual and progress gradually over time.
How often should I use StandingTall?
StandingTall is designed for regular ongoing use from home, with exercises personalised and progressed based on your ability and participation.

Can StandingTall be implemented within our service?
StandingTall can be implemented across a range of health, aged care, and community settings.
Can providers monitor participant progress?
StandingTall can include remote monitoring features that support review of participation and progress where appropriate.
Can I purchase a package on behalf of my clients?
Yes. Providers and organisations can purchase StandingTall program packages on behalf of clients or participants to support implementation across health, aged care, or community settings. Visit the “Access Now” tab.
Is training or onboarding available?
We can provide onboarding and implementation support depending on the needs of your organisation.
Can StandingTall support large-scale delivery?
StandingTall was designed to support scalable delivery of evidence-based exercise programs across large populations and diverse care settings.
